Aurora, Ohio--I came across this Aurora winery recently while scouting out locations for a spring baby shower--but I think it looks perfect for a bridal shower, rehearsal dinner/mixer--or even a small, intimate wedding! Apparently, the winery--which is touted as "part living room, part French chalet, part art gallery"--was purchased and renovated in 2005 and now is being marketed for special events. Food-wise they offer tapas and desserts. And of course there's the wine.

I had my wedding here in Sept 2008 and it was amazing! The staff was great and the scenary was greater! I highly recommend Thorncreek!
